I'm here to help YOU build strength and confidence in your body. As a dancer, I always wanted to lose weight or get thinner and it wasn't until I started my journey of getting stronger that I finally felt confident in my body. My classes focus on form and alignment to effectively and safely traing your body. I am a certifed Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, Certifed Pilates & Barre Instructor & Pre & Post Natal Specialist.
