Hi Everyone!
I wanted to address some questions about what my mat leave will look like this time and how that will affect classes and the membership! If you've been with us for a while, my plans are similar to when I had Aubrey.
My due date is the beginning of April, so likely sometime between mid-March and early- April I will send out an email to let you know the mat leave has begun and I've gone into labour! At that time, live classes will be on hold for 1-2 weeks as Sheldon and I take time off. During this time, I will create suggested workout schedules and provide recordings for all our regular classes so you can continue your routine! After 1-2 weeks, Sheldon will return to teaching 2-3 live classes per week, and we will add in "community viewing classes." Community viewing classes are where we have a scheduled class time, and during that, we will run a Zoom meeting and screen share the recorded class so you can do it all together. This is a great option for those of you who are used to live classes and want to keep up your routine.
Depending on delivery, I plan to take 5-6 weeks off of teaching before returning with 1-2 classes per week. From there, I will build up the regular class schedule. If you are in the Barrie area and are willing to come to the studio to be a "demo person" for me, please reach out to me!
As always, this is just a rough idea as we can't truly estimate what we will need until the little one arrives but will keep you posted along the way. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this transitional time. We are so incredibly grateful for your continued support.
