Homemade Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 large shallot (2 tablespoons minced)
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
