Homemade Veggie Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 large shallot (2 tablespoons minced)
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
- Mince the shallot.
- Mix the shallot together with the remaining ingredients. If your Greek yogurt is very thick, you can stir in a few teaspoons of water until it is the desired consistency.
- Serve on a vegetable platter, or with pita chips!
- Serve immediately. Store refrigerated.
